Terms of use

Last updated: 6 November 2026

By using Deepcut you agree to these terms and to the YouTube Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Deepcut is

Deepcut is an automatic index of YouTube videos. We do not host videos, we do not write the comments, and we do not review or endorse what is shown. Deepcut is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Those names belong to their owners and are used only to describe where the content comes from.

Content belongs to its owners

Removal requests

If you own content shown on Deepcut and want it removed, or you believe something infringes your rights, email us with the link and a short explanation. We will review it promptly and remove content where appropriate. Contact: watchdeepcut@gmail.com

Using the site

No guarantees

Lists are automatic and may include videos that are wrong, offensive, outdated, unavailable in your country or unsuitable for you. Deepcut is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error free. When our daily YouTube quota runs out, parts of the site may be temporarily limited.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of Deepcut or from content on third-party sites such as YouTube. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Free service

Deepcut is free and has no paid features. See the refund policy for what that means.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Contact: watchdeepcut@gmail.com
